Production supervisor

Farbest Foods is looking for an energetic, team player to fill night shift supervisory positions in our production facility in Huntingburg.

Qualifications
•  Strong leadership and
   organizational skills;
•  Problem solving and data analysis
   skills;
•  Strong written, verbal and
   interpersonal skills;
•  Previous Supervisory experienced
   required;
•  BS or BA degree preferred but not
   required.

Environmental Manager

This person is responsible for the following:

•  Researching new technologies to assist Farbest with achieving environmental sustainability
•  Perform energy and water efficiency audits
•	Make recommendations to improve environmental performance
•	Ensuring that Foods / Farms / Mill facilities are compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.  
•	Securing all necessary permitting for Foods / Farms / Mill facilities
•	Working with Farbest Farms growers to assist with compliance / permitting programs
•	Provide training to employees and Farms growers related to environmental issues and trends
•	Lead the development of an environmental sustainability program for Farbest companies and Farms growers
•	Assisting with water and wastewater treatment

Education and Experience Requirements: 
•	College degree with a major in Environmental Science / Management or Biological Science is preferred
•	Wastewater treatment license preferred
•	Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
•	Must possess excellent communication skills
•	Time management – must be able to complete project assignments on time with a high level of communication
•	Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Word required
